Hello to my good friend, Richard Dunbar (and of course, my fondest regards to Mr. Garrett)! It's been a while since you arrested me - - let's see, hmmm; February of 2020, I do believe. Anyway, I was just cruising around & decided to look up The Richard Dunbar (from the House of Dunbar) and Blow My Mind - - who are these nut jobs claiming you are fake, or untoward in any way whatsoever?!?!

Fake bounty hunter? What is That!? Wow, I think there are some real loopers running around the County, Richard, and I don't want to go on and on, but really, honestly, what part of Richard Dunbar Bounty Hunter do they/he/she/their imaginary voices, wow bunch of loooosers dissing my pal! I've missed you & bet I'll run into in the courthouse soon, and I'll be both a fake criminal and a fake attorney.

There's a lot of your "Story" that makes you sound like a good guy. Con Man. I understand there is not enough room to fill in all the dirty details, and ugly truth. You rely on the fact that if someone is arrested, no one will believe them when they tell the truth about you.. Using the law to steal hundreds of thousands, over the years, because your a licensed (?) bounty hunter. From phoney travel expenses (with the help of San Luis Bail Bonds who flies the private plane). Rick Dunbar has no money and no cars. Con Man all the way. Be careful. If you get within 25 ft of him, you will need a hot shower. Dirty.

I will remain anonymous, but will tell you that Richard Dunbar does not know how to tell the truth. He makes all bounty hunters look bad. He took an elderly couple for an amount close to 5 K. He is a con man. He looks homeless. He is a criminal who hides behind the laws that are meant to protect honest people. If you see him, spit on him. It won't make him any dirtier.

As you all know, I am a bail agent in the san Bernardino area .I Hired Rick Dunbar, not knowing he was only going to rip me off.. Rick made me believe that my defendant, Martin was in his area Paso Robles. when I FOUND Martin Salto , the first thing I asked him was, did you ever live in Paso Robles , California.. Martin said never, do not know where that city is at. Never heard of that city in my life ... Martin Salto was found in Michoacán, Mexico .before that he lived in Sun city , riverside county California. .. My bonds was exonerated on March 2,2015 I want to inform all of you, that Rick Dunbar is a thief, liar and knows how to manipulate agents to take their money .. Rick Dunbar took my money for 1 hour work $1,150.00 with lies... Never even knew where the defendant was... He made up all his information.. AGENT Never , use him for recoveries, .. He is no good , he will take your money

 I  am a bail agent in the city of Nashville, Tennesse . I have a skip in san luis obispo county  California. I look up a bounty hunter in that area.   I  am lucky  I found out about Rick Dunbar .   What a  Coincidence, I was going to call that bounty hunter.   I am glad for the website.  Rick Dunbar  was on front page , fake crook bounty hunter. Took agents money with no recovery of defendant .   OH my god , i am lucky I did not call him.

     What i understand about a bounty hunter. You do not give him any money, untill he has a booking number and defendant in custody.  What a crook.  WOW, this is something real bad that Mr. Rick Dunbar did and does with bail agents. How easy he rips agents off. Mr. DUNBAR either returns agents money. In case you are unaware many sureties and thousands of people (your potential clients) receive google alerts on any news about "bail bonds".  Your name Rick Dunbar keeps getting alerts with each respone including this one.  You name will continue to be ruined.  I would suggest you fix this by doing one of two things.  Simply return the money or Do what you were paid for. Put the guy back into custody with your great intel, if he has not been captured in one of your two cars you say you have.  Then and only then will you be justified in keeping this agents money. 

We all understand that times are hard.  But seriously we should not become criminals ourselves.  Fix this man and clean up you now tarnished reputation. If you don't I would suggest to the agent that she file a report against you with the department of insurance to investigate you.  This problably isn't you first time ripping someone off.

Rick, i have been a bounty hunter for 30 years. Never have i heard of such a greedy bounty hunter. Taking the bail agent money  and doing nothing.   I do not believe you ... it sounds  like you  took advantage of the agents desperate  need for help....  you manipulated the situation and took advantage,,...  the only person  hurt here is your self ...  with this information on world web. Who is going to use you???  there is very few  bounty hunters ,,, you get bad repution everyone finds out....  agents do not like to pay up front  and do not need too....... Rick,  I have been a bail agent for over 20 years and never have I known a bounty hunter to take an agents money then drop the case.  The one day you worked with the agent driving you around was not possible.  I will make sure other agents know what you have done. 

To all bail agents: Never Pay before the defendant is in custody.  Rick is unprofessional and from reading his responses uneducated as well.  Never have I seen so many mis-spelled words.

ALWAYS MAKE THE BOUNTY HUNTER SIGN A CONTRACT IN ADVANCE FOR BOUNTY HUNTING FEES. As for this information said about me. and my conduct.  Im blown away.

On Dec.18th 2014  Jail Bail Bonds from Fountana Cal. Owned By Martha  310-963-7982  made conatct with me. 

From referal of local Bond company.  Been dealing with them from 1990  never one issue.  BTW...

She conveys she has a skip.  one. Martin Bottello Salto.   Illegal imigrant from Mex.  poss in my area intel she privides. from her informants.  prove useless and not a good home address less to mention a vacant lot.  Her informant drives from Fontana to Paso Robles.  5 hrs one way. she is soon to follow.    All phones involved are now turned off. my thoughts shes blown them up.   constant calling them  .....

 The informant is at location. later found staying with said Fugitive and his family.   durring the weekend. then goes back to Fontana 5 hrs one way.   before he calls her.   She has offered him $1,000.00   for intel.  he provides another bad addresss.

In the intruim I make conatct with underground and sources that are tuned into this region.   they provide solid intel.

I meet with the owner. Martha   She comes to me.  And offers to drive.  I have 2 vehicles. BTW.  we go to adresses as I convey which are no good or vacant lots. to prove her intel is no good.

I provde a poss family location.  and we make contact.   they speak spanish.  I do as well.   un known to her. I ask her to translate.   She tells the cousin full info. and we leave.

The following day. Monday I have meeting with my informants.  they convey solid lead.  shes with her son. the come to me. and we go out to location.  one provided by her informant.  another vacant lot.  leading to the 101 freeway. 

Then go to my intel locaton.   He son.  Mark  is with me and we caht with neighbours.   They confirm yes.  good home.

we then go to the other neighbours.  Again a positive location.   We then conatct at the front door. Speaking to Juan He confirms  solid but our guy is working feilds.

We lay off  And regroup to hit later time.   She keeps aking to pay me for my time. as they have to get back home. I inform her.  we can do research on phone lines. but as we al know things cost money.    she pays for service. 150.  then offers and pays me 1,000.00  for my time and informant solid hit.  says wont talk anymore to er guy he proves to be no good.   Her son Mark conveys.    His mother.  Martha.  tells everyone everything this is what he's been telling her.  let me do my job....   When she leaves me   she talks to her informant.  he asks for his money she tells him  we know everything and right were he lives.   she refuse to pay him.  he calls our guy. and he flee's.    I the mix of this case she sends me several text messages asking me to set up a drug deal with the bad guys.  His charge. he failed to appear on. thinking this will lure him out.  

A prudent person would say.   hmmmm    the guy were seeking has a drug charge,  lets set up a drug deal  when he was arrested it was with several others.   He staying in a compound.  risky area.  and when  we get in home. take him in custody.   one guy. with 20 guns aimed at him.   shes not thinking clearley about safety . 

I refuse to deal with her. She has blown this case wide open and sent this guy and family packing.   She sends me text messages offering to pay me more money  I say no.  done she blew case and wont stop working it herself.

Then this.    I have report sent to her surety and convey all accounts.   as per them  Im solid.

I have been in this industry for 20 plus years. with several thousand confirmed closed cases.  Never had one leagality or case go sideways. until this.   For what its worth A micro manger she has become wanst woth the efforts we put down.

I have been in the bail industry and dealt with many bailbondsman and her behavoir speaks in volumes

One.  Her cosigner is Illegal Imigrant.   and has Zero collateral.  

Two. Her defendant is Illegal Imagrant with a felony Charge.  and has ties to Mexico.

Three, She told everyone involved in detail every step we took and info we provided.

Four. Even Her own Blood tells you she tells everything and cant be trusted.

Five. Her own Blood I have known Is on the same ground with me. and doesnt want any dealings with her.

Six. Her own texts. and voice mails to me after this contradicts every word she spoke in this lie.

Seven I have nothing but respect for my fellow Bail Bondsman and those wh have dealt with me know me best.

Eight.  I work cases for local competive Bondsman.  they are competing against each other.  they all use me.

WHY  becuse I am solid and resolve. cases.    they dont get involved and tell john doe   He we know were your at. run.
