Robert Wrisley CCR / Constrution Consultants Of Rochester home improvement scammer, acts as if he is a consultant to the job, but does nothing for the money Rochester New York

I am a resident of Greece NY and wanted to clarify and make all aware that Don Wolak of Country Wood Landing, Greece NY owes me and my wife thousands of dollars for his involvement regarding an investment with his previous Business. I have verified that the funds were used for his business involving the proposed acquisition of hotel development in South Beach Miami. Wolak at this point apparently believes his own lies now as he points the finger at his ex-partner who voluntarily I may add is the only one and by his own initiation with out us saying a word, settled his half of the debt. Don Wolak will blame everyone else but himself for the loss of those monies and is a scammer. I am also finding out that he did similar with other investor/s as well. We have retained an attorney and pursuing legal actions to make him accountable.

This person is a friend/neighbor of an ex-partner whom I no longer associate with and this posting from him has only come to light since my disassociation with the ex-partner last month even though the roof was done over three years ago.

The fact is I put a Roofer in touch with the neighbor and the neighbor entered in to an agreement with that roofer and not CCR. His claim about CCR and the roofer is not based on facts and the recent comment is motivated by his neighbor who is no longer my partner or associate. The term sour grapes is a pretty good analogy.

This ex-partner wanted me to get involved in a business that involved pornography. The ex-partner works for a media company that at this time I will not name but I am sure would not want to be associated with the pornography business.

I passed on such involvement and the following rantings and postings from him on the internet and the disassociation are the results.

in reponse to the searching for justice guy in Rochester, NY-when I read your report it sounded as if I wrote it myself-this Bob Wrisley guy also sent some drunk to do my construction job which was done terribly to say the least-he pitched me on the idea that he would do EVERYTHING for me the RIGHT way-he would get his CUT-say $2,000 out of the deal an I still would pay less and get a better job-and he would manage it all---all I can say now is if it sounds too good to be true it probably is-this cheat evidently never paid for the materials from the money I gave him pocketed it and then blamed the drunken loser who did the job saying he took it-WOW, the investigator in charge actually told me she was leaning towards the drunk guy who she felt was more reputable and honest then this so called CONSULTANT-what does that tell you? This guy would probably sell out his mother to get a buck in his pocket.
