How does this excuse the rude, hostile behavior?  I didn't disupute the reason for being towed in the first place (although the vehicle wasn't intentionally parked there, it died there, and when I went to tow it myself it was already gone).  What my report to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General will be outlining is the hostile and unprofessional behavior, the price gouging, and the cash transactions.  The audio recording I took of the exchange will clearly show the BBB what I'm talking about, and the pattern (documented in written statements I've already begun to collect from other coustomers) will be easy enough to establish.  They can base the rest on their investigation that follows and come to their own conclusions.....

 So because YOU were parked someplace YOU should NOT have been parked, THEY are a ripoff because they take days off?? Perhaps YOU should address the MAIN reason you were towed in the first place. Try and be an adult about the whole thing. OBVIOUSLY you were parked someplace that by doing so would get you towed. THAT IS NOT THEIR FAULT!!!!! THAT was on YOU!!!! Them being closed over the weekend is just part and parcel of YOUR MISTAKE!!! NOT a ripoff!!!! YOU got towed due to YOUR poor parking and nothing more. If YOU wish to avoid those fees and storage costs, STOP GETTING TOWED!!!
