ROYAL PLUS COVERAGE I paid for coverage on my car in full, a $100.00 dollars deductable is what i have on this contract. I had to put my car in the shop for a ignition switch to be replace. I had to pay an get my car out the shop because they was into it with the people at the shop which was Dodge Landers because they gave them the run around about paying for my car. So, Royal told me i had to pay an they will refund my money. Well my bill was $.287.00, Dodge Landers knock my bill down to $227.00 because they saw how i got f**kED by Royal Plus Coverage. They sent me a check for $61.47, thts what i got back an i spent $352.00 in all an all i got back was $61,47, really!!!!!!! A f*cking rip off!!! ARVADA Colorado

 I brought a warranty from Royal Plus Coverage, it was paid for in full. I had to put my car in the shop for the ignition switch to be replace an had to have my car towed to Dodge Landers. They did not want to pay for the bill they said it was to much, they said that they will only pay $111.47 for them to replace the ignition switch. Royal say what they do is compare prices with shops thats close around an they go with the cheepest price, well i call the shops thats around Dodge Landers, an its not to many at all, an i could not find no one for $ 111.47 to replace a ignition switch on my car for that price. They did not pay them i had to come out my pocket an i spent $ 352.00 with repairs an towing, they only gave me $ 61.47 back. I never in my life had a warranty an had to pay for the bill an got a $ 100.00 deductible, they are a f**kING RIP OFFF, AN SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT!!!!!! $1820.00 GONE DOWN THE DRAIN
