Sal's Auto body delayed return st. james New York

My SUV was involved in an accident in August 2016,

I contacted Competition BMW and they recommended Sal's Auto Body in St. James, NY, as a certified BMW repair service,

But unfortunately, I had to pay $1004 for car rental because it took them 58 days to return my truck, though they promised to pay the balance of the rental fee as the insurance covers only 30 days,

Now they say they will pay only 6 days rental fee which I didn't accept,

I don’t understand how can a BMW dealer recommend such a place that conduct deceiving ways of running a business?

They knew that I had to pay for car rental after the first 30 days, yet they kept saying we'll deliver next week after week, which was 3 weeks and 6 days after the date they promised to finish the repair and return my truck to me!
