Please read before you buy vehicle from Don Sanderson Ford....I pre-paid a lease on a new Mustang in the state of California from a very reputable Ford Dealer---Galpin Ford. Because I leased two vehicles within 2 months and pre-paid the both of them I had to post a refundable $3,000.00 deposit to be returned to me at the end of the lease. I moved to Arizona 1 yr. before my lease was up. Two months before the due date I went to Sanderson Ford to turn in the leased vehicle and to purchase a new one. I showed the finance manager my paperwork from the lease and pointed out to him that I had a refundable deposit of $3,000.00 and he agreed with me that Galpin Ford in Los Angles would sent it to me. I purchased a new vehicle and went on my way. 3 days later I got a call from Galpin and was told that the $3,000.00 would be sent to me. Time passed and I did not get the money and I called Galpin and was told that they had in fact recieved a fax from Don Sanderson Ford a form that I had signed to release my deposit to them. I NEVER SIGNED any form releasing my deposit to them. Galpin Ford sent me a copy of this so called form I had signed and it was not my signature. I called Ford Motor Company and they told me it was between me and Sandersons. I wrote to the States Attorney General and was told to get an attorney BUT that they will keep this on file??? DON SANDERSON FORD IS A RIP OFF, I also know of a young man who purchased a vehicle from them and it had major problems, he would take the vehicle in at $50 deductible each time and 1 thing would be fixed at a time. He left work early once to make his appt. at Sanderson Ford and was told by the service manager to go home and tighten up the oil pan with a screwdriver himself and was charged $50 bucks for that advice. GO ELSEWHERE TO PURCHASE A FORD DON SANDERSON HAS RIPPED OFF THIS COMMUNITY LONG ENOUGH. Carolyn Surprise, Arizona

Carolyn Sanderson ford Had NOTHING to do with your $3000. They never signed anything that states that your $3000 is being given to Galpin Ford. I have been a consumer Advocate on this web site for sometime now. I have not ever heard of Sanderson Ford trying to play any games like this. I will have the Editor give you my contact info, and asking that you DO CALL me and I will have a chat with the Sales Manager at Sanderson Ford and we can get this all explained as what happened to you. If Sanderson Ford had you sigh a document that CLEARLY stated that you would get a refund of any kind, I am very sure that they would see to it that you would get it.
I feel that Galpin Ford just wanted to keep your $3000. Thats just my opinion from what I can see at this time. Email the Editor ot Rip Off Report and send the URL of your Rip Off Report to the Editor and ask him to have me contact you. I would like and LOVE to see all of your documentation.

How About The District Attorney?

You should take a copy of the document to the local police department and file a forgery report. Send a copy of that report to the police department in California where the dealership is located. Contact the District Attorney where you are and the Districy Attorney in California. Send them copies of the forged document and request that they investigate the forgery. THEN cc the whole thing to FORD and the State Attorney General's offices of both states.

Carolyn I personaly called a few Big shots at Ford. I made sure they know about your Rip Off Report. They are going to have some people out of California look DEEP into your Rip Off Report.
I told them to make sure you get your money back if what you say is true. I gave them my email address and my cell number so they know I want this to get cleared up NOW! I will see to it that your deal gets a BIG SET of EYES on it.
They are also going to look into PIN numbers for sale. maybe look into this dealer's RDR cars too.
It makes me sick when I see that many in the auto industry just look the other way when they find deceptive ways. I will not let up on this and many other Rip Off Reports because it's my CALLING!
Carolyn use the Phone numbers that I have posted for you. Make sure Ford Motor Corp gets to hear what you feel!
