Have been renting from Sandra long enough to realize that she is definitely NOT the type of person to get into a Realestate transaction with.

Have had numerous instances where this particular individual, a Landlord/Manager of numerous properties in the Golden Hill/South Park/Metropolitan San Diego area has directly promised something--- only to later renig on "Her Word".

Do NOT Trust ANYTHING THAT SHE SAYS.
GET EVERYTHING "IN WRITING"... No Exceptions.

Better yet--- Find another qualified professional.
When you can't trust someone's WORD---
What on Earth Can You TRUST???

She will tell you one thing-- and then will immediately Renig... on anything that she has told you previously.

It is almost like she has "Amnesia"-- or an early case of "Alzeihmers". She acts as if she never mentioned anything like that... when she clearly "gave you her word"-- and told you precisely what she promised you.

She is involved as an Animal Advocate that is helping with the Baja Animal Rescue Orgnazation. However-- this appears to be "front"--because in any business dealings with her--- she appears to be "Just in IT... FOR THE MONEY". Could really "care less" about people--- and how she treats her own tenants.

Be very careful when dealing with her.
She looks "slick"-- attractive middle aged woman, wears the right clothing; drives only Mercedes; just remodeled her kitchen with the finest appliances and decor; has a yard that would rival italy;... but becomes very unscrupulous when "Her WORD" is involved with anything.

Have been throuroughly disgusted with her...
As well as numerous other Landlords in the San Diego area.

If you are concidering using her as your realestate broker--- GOOD LUCK!!! If she is treating her tenants this poorly--- how on earth will she treat YOU-- as your Realestate Broker???

Out of all of the professions to need a qualified person who is operating from a level of "Trust" -- (where you can value their "word")--- a Realestate broker or Realtor-- is one of those people that you need to be able to Trust Completely. I would not trust Sandra-- as far as I could throw her.

She is NOT a good Business Professional.
