Trial offer is offered but if you dont follow their directions exactly, they charge you in full for the trial product and then continue to charge you upfront prior to shipping.  Once received, you cannot return the unopened product because the fine print which is pages long says you agree to their rules. Then you have to call them to cancel but after the initial sign up, you dont really have an easy way to contact them because their product has so many sites that pop up online that you spend hours calling wrong numbers and then get frustrated.  Someone who is not legally savvy better not order at all or you will be held liable for a big bill for a little bit of cream that does not work.   They do not guarantee it works but they do make you sign so they have the right to bill you the full amount for the trial product.  Very deceiving and unprofessional.
