Smoke51 Smoke51 unauthorized charges to my bank account Sandy, Utah

I ordered a product, which after several issues, I finally received.  The product was not what I expected and I called and cancelled, received a cancellation number, and the next day the full price of the product was withdrawn from my bank account.  I have made several attemps to contact this company by e-mail and phone with absolutely no luck.  I have called the too free number 3 days in a row and held for as long as 45 minutes at a time- withthe recorder insisting the call will be answered when the next person is available.  I have sent 2 e-mails.  I called a local number and they insist they cannot help me becasue even though they distribute this product they do not work for this company- THis is a hugh scam if you ask me, and since I am currently unemployed thier withdrawel of those funds has created a financial hardship as well as overdraft  fees and charges.
