Southen Tier Agency I was called by an attorney about a pay day loan I was delinquent on. His name was Michael( I don't remember his last name). I made arrangements of monthly payments to pay off the debt. I've made 2 payments so far and have 2 more to go. wanted to call him and put the Southern Tier Agency on Google and found these intersting articles about their rip-off scam. Orchard Park New York

I was called by an attorney named Michael(can't reember his last name) about a payday loan being delinquent. I made arrangements for payments over a 4 month period. I've made 2 payments and wanted to contact him about the payments. I Googled the Southern Tier Agency and found the rip-off articles dated as late as October 2008, but nothing since then. I am going to my bank today and putting a stop payment on the account and await for his phone call!
