Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
My company was registered via Spiegel & Utrera P.A. (BDA: amerilawyer.com). I needed a change name and email them. They left me a message requesting a phone call. I spend over 2 hours on hold, hadled by unfiendly operators, then got to speak to a very rude lawyer who stated that they'd charge $368 for the name change and would not send me any information by email (not even a c/c payment form) intil I provide a c/c number by phone. He was so unprofessional that I called another agency and they handled that transaction within 7 minutes, professionally and for just $95.

I think it's rather obvious for anybody that the "rebuttal" is a clumsy pitch submitted by Spiegel & Urtera under the guise of a "grateful repeat client". Well, they were as clumsy in providing a service to my company as in this cover-up attempt.

Bottom line I have used Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. and amerilawyer.com several times and have never experienced any problems. They have the very best prices and the best service. Are you sure your not just a unhappy competitor, unable to practice law because you not a lawyer, unable to give customers legal advice and limited to filling out the blanks in legal forms? Let's face it there is no way they would charge you $368.00 for something you did elsewhere for $95.00. Spiegel & Utrera, PA and amerilawyer.com offer a 110% Lowest Price Guarantee, in effect if all you say is TRUE, under their guarantee program they would have completed the work for free for you. As for the credit card information, they do NOT require any credit card payment form to place an online order and if you were ready to complete your order with them, why were you unwilling to give the credit card information? They do not require a credit card payment form, I know this for a fact as I have purchased a number of their services.
