SPS Serciving/NW Trustee( Bellevue Washington) has refused to help me keep my home despite all documenst being sent, aslo im Disabled and live in the the home that my x walked away from and he quit paying I have tried to get modidifed but they say they cannot do it without his income , then they say they wont use his, Salt Lake City Utah

I have been dealing with select portfolio now for over a year after being screwed by Bank of America and Conrtywide, I have tried to modify my interest only loan with them and I send all documentsm then they say they cannot and will try another, I have been bullied with my disability and Im now unemployed and they will not help me with a forbearance or any help,

they  have now refered my house to NW trustee service who are crooks in doing underhanded foreclosures. The primary borrower who is my x is responsible for the payment even though he lsft the residence 3 years ago, he told me that he was going to let it foreclose. I tried to jeep it with just my income they tell me no they need his too now they lie and say they will not consider his as he does not live here, yet he isthe owner, Im frustrated and this company has no adults working for them and I get tossed around everytime I call. Im trying to stop my home from a foreclosure which they now have reffered it too. It was all done in the shadows.

I get no where but to send more documents when i speak to them they do not have them. I wish to start a class action lawsuit based on the legal knowlegde which s flase that they are telling people.
