We were referred and bought ERP accounting software from SRH Consulting. They quoted us a price for our needs. We signed the contract paid monies in advance and after 2 years they still have not fixed the bugs in the software, still have not delivered the features promised and started billing us additional money when they attempted to fix what they were supposed to deliver from the beginning. Russ Flowers and Randy Napier (The owners) both have been contacted many times and pretty much told us they will not finish the project unless we pay more money. Another SCAM they pull is to tell clients they need an update to their software, after you agree to the update fee they bill you thousands of dollars when their update screws up your system.
We are a small business and have ben really hurt by their deceptive and dishonest practices, when my company quotes a customer we deliver for the price promised. Beware....Don't do business with these liars...They will cheat you too!

As Randy Napier stated in his response, I called 3 times and have yet to get my call returned, I was greeted by nothing but rude evasive employees.

I believe this to be a bogus complaint. SRH Consulting has been in business under its current ownership since the year 2000, and we have never been accusued of a "scam" of any kind.
It is curious that this complaint was posted earlier today (June 2, 2008), and on the same day I received a call from a "Service Provider" with a company called PurgeNativeLink who had noticed this negative link "when he did a Google search on our company name" and wants to help us remove this posting--for a fee.
It would seem that the only scam here is being perpetrated by "Cheryl" and PurgeNativeLink. Cheryl, if you are a living breathing client of SRH Consulting, please call me at our office telephone number today (817-310-0070) and I will immediately address any problems you may have.
