I'm the other party!

To all who have read this:
I am the other party in this. I returned the pickup because I couldn't afford the payments by myself. I was also afraid that he would take off to a different state, either leaving me with the truck payments or taking the truck with him and me getting in trouble for the truck disappearing. Billy is a great guy and I appreciate what he did for me, despite the fact that the last car I bought from Stacy's died with me still owing roughly $2200 on it.
This person has since ruined my life on several levels and can't be trusted in any situation. He will take advantage of anyone who will believe his story.
Stacy's Used Cars is one of the best companies for buying a used car for $200 down + tax and title. If you can't afford a lot for a down payment and payments Stacy's is the place to go.
They have two lots, one in Caldwell, Idaho and one in Middleton, Idaho. If you live in that area they're the ones to go to.
Thanks a lot Billy for understanding and working with me.

Yes you and another person did purchase said pickup from Billy. There was no noise in transmision. The other co owner returned the vehicle because her SSD payee/caseworker was mad she used HER money to buy it. The co-owner voluntarily gave it back and asked Billy to "tell him there is something wrong with it so he wont be mad at me". The co-owner of the vehicle was fearful you would take the truck to california and get her stuck holding the bag for the payments. Which her payee /case worker knew she could not afford. Infact her payee was with her when she gave it back . The co-owner wanted off the contract (at the advice of payee/caseworker) and billy voided the contract so it would not be a voluntary default /breach. He also told her he could not give the money back as most of which goes to state of idaho for taxes and title fees. There was a 200 dollar doc.fee as paper work was filed. Billy also offered to take $500.00 off the sale price of a different vehicle when she was "ready " to get into a car and would have affordable payments. I was a eye witness to the voluntary repo. she drove the truck onto the lot followed by her payee/caseworker who was also a witness.
this individual in my opinion was trying to pull one over on a person on ssd and possibly would have fled the state with the truck. She spent Her money on the downpayment and would have been held liable for the balance owed if that had happend.
