 went to Strax rejuvenation for a facelift advised then that within the same year I had a double neck fusion which caused me traumaI had the procedure done and there was no bedside manner whatsoever I was treated like garbage and brushed off with every question I had they had me go back to get my stitches out after two weeks and the staples and I was very sore and very nervous and one of the girls there said to me what's there to be nervous about you aren't nervous when you got the procedure done why should you be nervous about this but meanwhile I was sore and scared and when they started taking the stitches out I believe it was too soon it was the most excruciating pain on the planet the girl was not sympathetic and somebody else came in and said stop crying its not that bad is the doctor on call if my face was going to change any further because there were no changes after paying all that money my face looks the same if not worse and he brush me off and said stop looking in the mirror I've been trying to get an appointment with the surgeon who performed my surgery and he never seems to be available I had an appointment with him and called the day before to make sure he would be there because I was taking some time off from work once again and I went for my appointment and my surgeon was not there once again and the same doctor that brush me off came in and brush me off again I'm paying $7,500 I see no results whatsoever and I went through all that pain and I feel traumatized once again
