I was a bit sceptical because when they answered the phone they were Asian, and all i heard in the background was Asian languages spoken like a mad call center.  They said their script, then asked for my personal info and credit/debit card info, when i asked for their physical location i was placed on hold, they came back and said Pensecola CA. I asked for that locations direct line and she placed me on hold and gave me an 866#.  I asked who the CEO of the company was and she asked why I need that?  I explained that if i'm going to give my info and my money, I need to know this information, she said to go to their website.  I asked her if she doesn't know and i was placed on hold, she came back and said she knew, but all that info is on the website, I went to the website but I found this page also which was alarming.  I read the information about them here, and was unable to find any real person's name on the site.  She said to go to the "about us" tab, which I did and i informed her there's nothing.  I was placed on a very long hold and then they hung up.

I have been scammed so many times in the last 2 years and have lost thousands of dollars while in despair.  I refuse to let someone take from me and not provide the service promised.  The internet is an open ball field for this type of theivery and loss and victimization.  I learned the hard way, and noticed, that on every website that ever scammed me there was never a name.  No one to be held accountable.  No one's real picture.  No direct number and or email address for that person.  These are key indicators that the company is a FAKE.

I will find this information again for the other companies that actually did get something out of me and report them here so that none of you, my fellow hard working consumers, will be taken advantage by them like I was.

Well to answer your question, No one KNOWS something is a scam until they have been scammed!!!  However, you can use common sense when it comes to certain things and recognize when red flags go up...and then there's your gut feeling too.  We as humans shouldn't underestimate our intuition.  It's a God given gift that most of us often ignore.

Also, if anyone has been taken advantage of before...identity theft, bank account fraud, real estate scams, no credit check loans for large amounts...then you know what the process is and when you see that something, another offer or opportunity holds the same or quite similar characteristics as the "scam" offers, the flags go up and you are a fool if you don't listen.  Well, I listened...and you personally don't have to take head to this TIP.  Try them if you want, but don't come back saying I told you so...

Good Luck!

just a question?

Hello, i have recently been in contact with with this company, after googling them i came accross this report...

My question is that how do you really know that it is a scam or a RIPOFF if you have never actually tried to use the product and service. you say that you were scamed before and i understand everything that you were saying.

Maybe im just giving the employee the benift of the doubt but maybe she was new (who knows) right? maybe.

just saying how can we be really sure that this is really a scam of some kind if there is really no proof that they scamed anyone?

just a question??? or a few

lol

This audio clip is of the automated system for First House Financial, yet when the representative answers you can clearly hear him say "Welcome to Sun Financial"

First House Financial

Sun Financial Online is also First House Financial and previously New Line Equity. Call (415) 742-4411 and that will prove it. If you dial that number the automated system off the bat says "Thank you for calling First House Financial" but when a rep picks up they will say "Thank you for calling Sun Financial." Although, I don't know how long that will last, they seem to be trying to switch everything over.

Also www.NewLineEquity.com leads to www.SunFinancialOnline.com.

I'm compiling the information as much as I can and will be filing a new report soon. But I do know the owners go by the names:

David Date: https://www.facebook.com/david.date.1?fref=ts

and

Daniel Date: https://www.facebook.com/dandate.date?fref=ts&ref=br_tf  aka Xzavier Date: https://www.facebook.com/xzavier.date

and Richell Gregorios aka Richie Barrioga: https://www.facebook.com/richie.barrioga?fref=ts

I never thought i could get into a home for $199.  That information isnt disclosed to the would be consumer until you contact them.  The actual ads for the property lists the "house payment" of the property listed that you would be taking over.  There are a lot of steps and details i did not get into because i wanted to just alert the public of this place and thar they are not legit...my main reasonfor posring was not to cry about it bleeding every bloody detail!!  As for being scammed, not for this same type of thing.  When i was 18...20 years ago i was scammed by a credit card company that approved me for $500 credit line but when i got the card i only had $50 available credit from all the processing and annual fees they charged and i already owed them money without even using it once! I refused to pay a dime and tried to cancel and they said i have to be at a zero balance to cancel. They charged hundreds of dollard in late fees finance charges and over limit fees before placing on my credit.  It took years to resolve but this was a normal practice for this company and a class action suit was brought against them. It was removed from my credit and i rwcieved $250.  This is an example of one of tje many ways i have been scammed in my lifetime.  This is not because i cant read or because i am not intelligent or because i am naive.  There are false businesses out there in the business to prey on people and scam tjem out of money.  And here as i locate them i intend to reveal them.

Is it any wonder you don't know how to read?

This person asked hard questions and found out the company is a scam and took the time to register and share it with people who may be first time shoppers for a house or even young adults that are bound to make mistakes and you come back with "no wonder you get scammed?"

First of all you don't get a house for 199, do you read bold red letters? It's on the top of the page, can't miss it. They never said anything like that. For your information they tell you some crap about that being a one time fee to do all the paper work for taking over the lease for a pre-foreclosed home and turning it over to you for the bank to start getting payments. How do I know? I found an ad of theirs and did some research since I need to find a new place for my family.

This report helped me a lot in proving my suspicion being right that it must be one of those places that give you a fee to give you listings, not help you, just give you listings and you end up doing all the work for a 90 day period.

Maybe you should know what you are talking about before you put someone down for beign human and making mistakes, learning from them, and sharing with people who would like to know a first hand account or just a word of warning.

You say you've been scammed many times???  You actually thought you could get a foreclosed home for $199 that you even considered this?  No wonder you've been scammed so many times!
