sUPERIOR dISTRUIBUTION/AZC SCAM MESA Arizona

 I called the customer service number to cancel and at first i was told that they already shipped the order and to callback when i received the product for a RMA number (it states the same thing on the packing list).  When i received the product and called for the RMA number the representative was very rude and what i consider disrespectful.

When I told her what i was calling for she stated that I couldn't return the product and I wasn't eligible for a refund.  I told her what I was previously told and she became rude and beligerent.  I then asked for a supervisor and she told me that she was a supervisor.  I told her she was rude and unprofessional and she stated that she wasn't and i only felt that way because I didn't hear what i wanted to hear.  I asked for her supervisor and she said that no one above her gets on the phone then she hung up.

"I called back 3 times after i was hung up on twice.  The next representative was nice and apolized because of the treatment of the other othe representative.  i still did not receive a Rma number so I can return this product.  I just want the $97.90 that i was charged for this mess.
