Nearly two years ago (Mar. '09), I purchased approx. $47,000 worth of gold and silver coins (my entire life savings). I have yet to recieve a single coin! I have been calling for years and they refuse to give me my money back or to buy my coins. I have left numerous e-mail and phone messages to Andrew Jackson, Precious Metals IRA Department Manager - with absolutely NO RESPONSE.

I have called the Santa Monica Police Dept., the Santa Monica City Attourney, a private attourney, the Securities and Exchange Commision and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. All, to a tee, all have told me there is nothing I can do. I even turned this information into the local CBS affiliate in Los Angeles. NO ONE will help.

PLEASE save yourself some heartache and DO NOT give these charlitans any of your money!

Andrew Johnson is a FRAUD

I've been calling and e-mailing Andrew Johnson, alledged IRA Department Manager, for months now with absolutely no response. "He's out to lunch", "There's no answer", etc. Yesterday (9/1/10), right after I called and spoke to Darlene who stated that Andrew was out to lunch yet again, I decided to call back and pretend that I was Andrew's brother. Lo and behold!, Andrew immediately picked up the phone and said, "Hello". I said, "So, you are in and you have just been ignoring my phone calls, eh?" He asked who I was, I told him and he hung up on me. Mind you, I'm a customer who Superior STOLE $47,000 from and he treats me with such disrepect. Next, I call back and am on the phone with Cynthia who states that Mr. Johnston didn't hang up on me but, his phone was having trouble. Since her phone was working fine, I asked for Andrew Johnson to use her phone and talk to me. I waited 10 minutes and of course he never came to the phone. Cynthia asked for a return number (like they don't have that already) so that Andrew Johnson can get back to me. Of course, he never did.


If anybody wants to get ahold of Andrew Johnson, apparently he has a brother for which he will take a call - try it!

Let's Fight Them!

It seems to me that everyone is trying to fight these a******* on our own. Maybe we can get somewhere if we all hang together.

 Everyone who has been ripped off from these M-Fers, contact me. Let's see if we can't get some sort of class-action lawsuit or meet at their offices and create a nationwide news story on them:
