TD Meloche Monnex Discrimination and Misapplication of Insurance Rules scam ripoff fraud lies abuse discrimination Toronto, Ontario Nationwide

Up until 2012 I was a customer with Meloche Monnex because they offered a discount plan for the university alumni I am a part of. However - the adage of "you get what you pay for" is so true... filing claims with them is a NIGHTMARE process, and they do their best to make it as stressful and confusing as possible.

While I was with them, I was rear-ended by a taxi driver who claims that I "backed up into him" while I was parked at a curb. The taxi driver had a "witness" (who was possibly his niece) who lied and covered for him. The insurance adjustor I had - who was also of that same ethnicity as the taxi driver and his witness - chose to support the taxi driver's story rather than find him at fault, which she was legally obligated to do.

TD Meloche Monnex allows their employees to discriminate against their customers - and covers for these fraudulent actions. They swindle thousands of people out of money every year, and in my opinion they are a scammy, fraudulent company with no morals and should be shut down. They are out to serve ONLY their own financial interests and don't care how many customers' lives they ruin in the process by misapplying the fault determination rules when customers insist on being treated fairly and legally.
