Total nightmare from beginning to end!
To start, cost estimate used only to "bait" the customer. Only when their truck is partly loaded, do they inform you that
you have much more than what was estimated, and that the cost is.....are you ready.....almost one-hundred percent more!
Yes! 100%! Yes, I had perhaps 20 at most extra boxes....all small to medium size, but that is it!!!
And on the delivery end....jeez! Totally unprofessional! NOT mover employees, and had no clue as to what they were doing!
And the damages!!! Unbelievable! When would it Ever be necessary to load a washer and dryer upside down?! Well...they did it! And ruined the linoleum floor trying to set them up! Driver took pictures...but of course, never heard from them again. So much more I could include here! Never ever use a commercial mover again!

I can ONLY speak for myself........there will ALWAYS be exceptions, and maybe I was the exception?! WHO knows? I can only reiterate that I WAS ripped-off, and I only touched on a couple of issues I had with this company. I guess, as least as far as the "estimate" goes, that YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I "bit" on the low estimate, and oh, how I paid for it in the end! A valuable/expensive lesson learned!
