The Beltz Law Firm Jeffrey Beltz Failed to provide services hired for Dallas Texas

I sued Mr. Jeffrey Beltz and his law firm for financial distress and pain and suffering for an incident that occurred that resulted in the suspension of my driver’s license on 8/21/15.  The judge sided with Mr. Beltz and his law firm and dismissed my claim only because of Mr. Beltz hiding behind the law. 

A brief description of events:

I had received 2 moving violation citations in 2014 and hired The Beltz Law Firm to represent me in both cases.  I contacted them on 8/25/14 and paid the initial fee of $200 to retain their services for them to get started on my cases.  They were very helpful at first, but throughout the entire process, I had difficulty reaching paralegals and getting answers to my questions throughout the process. 

I had no issues with either case and adhered to all requirements and paid all fees.  Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to pay both deferment fees at the same time and had to pay one in December 2014 and the additional one in April 2015.  I was present at the Show Cause Hearing for the 2^nd citation (which has been closed and dismissed with no issues) and I was under the assumption that everything was taken care of and The Beltz Law Firm had closed both of my cases.

I provided my required 3 year driving record to The Beltz Law Firm in 12/14 as well as to the courts on 12/18/14 when I paid my deferment fee for this particular case.  I had to also submit my 3 year driving record to the courts for the other case that was adhered to and closed as well.  

I received a Notice of Suspension and Conviction in the mail dated 9/4/15 notifying me that my driver’s license was suspended from 8/21/15 through 11/18/15 due to the court not receiving my driving record.  The court had mailed Notice of Show Cause hearing to The Beltz Law Firm and they neglected to inform me of the hearing which resulted in a conviction.

Due to Mr. Jeffrey Beltz and his law firm's neglect, I got stuck with a conviction on my record and was unable to get my driver's license out of suspension until March 2016. 

Beware of this law firm - do not hire them to handle your case.  They do nothing to represent you and will hide behind the "law" when they don't do the right thing.  You will be out a lot of money, pain and suffering and your situation will only worsen.  I should have read all of their negative public reviews before I hired this law firm.  I am not the only one that has had horrible experiences with them.  Go with a different firm to represent you in your traffic violations.  BEWARE!!!!!
