This place is HORRIBLE.The older guy that runs the store Lie's so much about everything and will STEAL from you.
I had a ring recently appraised for 1000 dollars a while back.A co worker told me about the Vault recently so I took it to The Vault and had the older guy look at it and he told me my ring was worth nothing, but he would give me 100 dollars for it.
I told him what the other place had appraised it for and he laughed and said there is no way. I told him Thanks anyways,but I will keep it. He offered to clean my ring for free. And to come back in about 1 hour. So I let him and left to make a phone call.
When I came back to pick up my ring, he said it wasnt ready yet and to stop by the next day. So the next day I show up and this man acts like he doesnt know what I am talking about. He says he doesnt have my ring, and ask me to leave. I had no idea what to do, I didnt get any paper or anything for the cleaning.So it was my word against his. He stole my RING and knew I couldnt do anything about it. When I brought my ring in he was the only one working in the store. So what could I do?
I told my friend what had happened and she had told me that this older guy that runs this store is a real Loser, that he is always bringing hookers back to the store and gives them jewelry. So I guess some hooker out there has my ring.
DON"T let this guy clean your jewelry. DON'T go in this store! Don't DO IT !

Chase H did you read the post. It said there was only 1 guy working the store and that he runs the store. That means he is either the manager or the owner.If he wanted to turn off and accidently loose the footage he would have done that.Chase are you the guy they are talking about? If not how can you say its 100% false.

This complaint is completley false and it is obvious Tell me this if what you say is tru y did you not call the cops there iOS cameras all over the place there if the man took your ring it would be on film I've been around this place my whole iLife and I know these people have enough jewelry they do not need to steal yours and any time they have done anything for me I get a paper receipt even if it's free . This complaint is obviously a personal attack on someone that works there .

Thank You for responding to my report. You are right. And I 100% agree with you. I should have gotten some type of paper for the cleaning,but I didn't...... I did my report so hopefully some other person that might be reading this will get some type of paper if something like this happens to them. I guess I was too trusting, not much I can do about it now but WARN other people about this place. This is a little store and I really did TRUST the man that ran the store. Stupid on my part, I know that now. I am hoping reading this will help someone else though. We LIVE and we LEARN..

Would you just leave a shirt at a dry cleaners without getting a claim check?
