The event tickets on our website are therefore going to be priced above or below the face value of the tickets concerned. That being said, we understand that many customers are frustrated by paying above face value for their tickets. Please nevertheless note that the mark-up in ticket prices on the resale market is often designed to cover the numerous expenses incurred by sellers to obtain hard-to-get tickets. The sellers pay face value plus additional fees and/or have fee-paying memberships in special fan clubs and/or sometimes even pay their own mark-up fee by buying tickets from other resellers. The major point of the resale market is both to keep tickets on the market long after primary sources (eg: the venue) are otherwise sold out and also to allow early access to ticket guarantees before the general onsale of tickets for an event.

Added to that, it's actually not possible for the delivery method you selected during checkout to change randomly during the order process. The only methods we allow customers to choose for order shipments involve FedEx. We require sellers to use FedEx due to the high level of security provided by that service. Tickets are often one-of-a-kind items, so it's important that they arrive quickly after they are shipped by their seller.

Lastly, we at TS don't charge taxes for ticket orders, but taxes may be applicable based on the location of your ticket seller. Some ticket sellers may be headquartered in states that have entertainment-related taxes. Such sellers would process a small tax charge onto your account to comply with their various state laws. (Taxes are generally very rare for ticket orders and so they are not a common concern for customers.)
