Both companies promised me that they would global advertise my Westgate Towers Timeshare in magazines and news papers. They only place my add on their personal web site and I don't hear from them since I paid my $500.00 to each company. Now, I just found out about their changing of company names and people can not reach them.
I have been think of doing some about these two companies, but did not know how to go about the issue with these companies.
Please help many people like myself with this issue.

I listed my Royal Elite timeshare with Timeshares by Owner in August of 2009. I was told that it would sell fast because we owned a holiday week. It has sat on the market for over a year now with sever price reductions. We were told that we could get a refund. What they failed to tell us was you had to do it within three days of signing up. After learning about the lawsuits coming down on timeshare resellers, I contacted my bank to see if I could contest the charge. Since they are not licensed, they cannot legally present me with an offer. They claim to be affiliated with Fidelity and Remax. My bank told me that since it has been so long that they can't help me and that I need to take it up with Business Travel Network Inc. I called for the second time to ask for a refund and alas they refused to refund me my money.

You better yell FRAUD to the Company an DEMAND a refund.

Ma'am I too was scam by this company my rip off report is listed under report# 382359(Timeshares Only) you can read and see what I did. you should also go the bbb for florida and report them. I also reported this company to the Florida's attorney generals office. when you go to the bbb.org page there will be a contact person that they recommend you to call before filing a report. her name is Keren Medina. Just dial the number and ask for keren medina and see what happens. I was able to get half of my money back but i am still pursing to get it all back. if you needed me you can contact me by e-mail (((ROR redacted))).
