Top Gear Imports Top Gear sold to me what was supposed to be a car in excellent condition and it required extensive engine and turbo work resulting in several thousands of dollars in repairs. Both Sean and Aret told me numerous times "they would take care of it" but both have ignored my emails and no follow up or reimbursement has occurred. I had purschased a 1997 Porsche Twin Turbo from Top Gear Imports.  The vehicle (I still have the ad for it) was listed as one of the cleanest 911's they had ever seen and the car just completed $10,000.00 in repairs and maintenance.

The vehicle was inspected and they upheld the status Top Gear had given for the car.

Upon delivery the vehicle was burning oil terribly at which time the inspection dealer and Top Gear said this was normal for the 993 Turbo when it gets shipped.  I took it to a dealer here in my city and they found both Turbos blown as well as several bolts missing, engine hoses torn and clamped in place temporarily, all leading to over $5000,00 in repairs before it would pass inspection.

Both Sean and Aret promised to "take care of things" and "make things right" but continued to blow me off and now ignore my emails.

Be very very careful if considering purchasing a car from these guys-do not use the dealership they recommend for an inspection, you won't get an honest assessment.
