Lies, Lies, lies. Tremont and Juliet Homes sold me a lemon of a home (mold, leaks) and refused to fix my $233,900 Tremont Tower Condo in Houston, Texas. Jorge Casimiro refused my warranty claim, Doug Brown refused to write back, and Bernie Kane refused to acknowledge my problem. I have nowhere else to go! I am stuck with an overvalued, overappraised property which I cannot sell for 10 cents on the dollar, talk about depreciation! Casimiro (in my opinion) is the most corrupt, sociopathic SOB I have ever met, I would never buy a home from him ever...the only knowledge he has of the housing industry is to defraud his customers and lie to them.

HOUSTON'S WB39 NEWS AT 9 SCRIPT---IF YOU'VE EVER HAD BUYER'S REMORSE, YOU JUST MIGHT RELATE TO THIS STORY. A HOUSTON WOMAN SAYS HER BRAND NEW CONDO IS A LEMON. SHE SAYS HER COMPLAINTS FELL ON DEAF EARS SO SHE TOOK ACTION WITH A PAINT BRUSH, DISPLAYING LARGE LEMONS IN HER WINDOWS TO WARN WOULD-BE BUYERS TO STAY AWAY. THE WB'S KATIE MCCALL HAS THE STORY. -------- THOSE LEMONS LANDED THE HOMEOWNER IN COURT TODAY. SHE SAYS WHEN IT COMES TO CONDOS IN TEXAS, IT IS BUYER BEWARE. Norman Chapa -who last year plead guilty to fraud charges - will be indicted in federal court this Jan. 20th at 10:30AM in Judge Ellison's court. Chapa has been listed as Jorge Casimiro's registered agent for dozens of businesses at 2323 Shepherd Street, coincidentally, once Orlando Sanchez's office address.
Jorge Casimiro is President, CEO of Stature Construction, University Developments, Tremont Homes, Tremont Tower, Tremont Construction, Simon, and Carlisle Homes.
Sanchez, Casimiro, Chapa? Three peas in a pod? Why is Sanchez now running for county Treasurer with a rap sheet of potential friends being indicted on federal charges and pleading guilty? Did Sanchez pay off city inspectors for his builder friends?
