We received a letter from united financial service about how we had a $3000 debt to tmobile and that if we paid half, the other half would just disappear and the problem would be resolved. We called tmobile and gave the account number listed on the letter and tmobile informed us that the account number did not exist and that our we had no debts with our former account with them. We had been with tmobile for several years and we had never had any problems with making payments.
