If you have read my reports you will see how these courts framed three individuals in a homicide trial, used my child custody case as means to pursue me to silence me, framed for domestic abuse without having jurisdiction on the matter, gang stalked me with illegal wiretapping , threatened to murder me through the FBI, illegally placed a GPS in my vehicle, used the hospitals to deprive me of meds and the water authority to keep without water and deprived me of my child until now.. This is my case in the United States District Court a continuing conspiracy because now that they've conspired, framed , and subjected me to torture and human right abuses, they want me to drop my lawsuit against the judges.

I titled this update " Smoke Screen" because suddenly the federal Government is investigating the correction officers on Riker's Island supposedly for human right abuses. Who's posting this article , the same websites that wouldn't post my appeal or my story. Hooray for them, because that abuse has been going on for the last thirty years on Riker's Island and no one has lifted a finger to do a thing. While there at it in doing the noble deed why don't they investigate the Framers in the courts! Or even better yet why don't they make it law, mandatory 5 year jail time for court authorities being involved in conspiracies to frame people in criminal proceedings.

So rather than correct the wrong doing its more equitable for them to cover-up and make me public enemy number one, let the framers skate on to framing again and again.

Here are the facts purjury, forgery,editing court transcripts, conspiracy to defraud in criminal and family court proceedings.

If your reading my reports you as viewer should be outraged with this because it can be done to you or a loved one, write your representative in Congress and let your voice be heard. Everyone deserves to be free to sue without being threatened with murder,jail, hareassment, and conspiracies to frame. 

 First, Id like to correct the previous update where I wrote Queens County Family indictment, that was an error on my part it is Queens County Criminal court indictment. Secondly I tend not to proof read my reports and notice alot of mispelling so bare in mind I tend to make alot of writing mistakes but Im sure the reports are fairly understood.

Next, I have just added the family offense petition to my drop box for view. Take notice there is no family offense alleged in the state of New York. Moreover, the petition itself dont allege that I phsically used a fire arm to threaten my sons mother. Inasmuch she did not testify to no such thing. Read the appellate court order modifying the 6 month order to 5 years that expired, as retaliation for sueing the Family court judge that acted without jurisdiction in a conspiracy to defraud with the mothers lawyer.

Finally, I took notice some of the documents werent perfectly visible so I re-scanned them so please view the altered blood test.

 If you viewed my evidence you will notice the forged indictment the Queens County family court illegally held me on, threw me in jail for 2 and a half months and forced me to pay two bails. Notice that the signature is scribbled so the foremans name cant be read, also notice theres no District attorney signature or court seal as required. Can you imagine how many other innocents this has been done to. If you viewed the altered blood result notice where my rheumatoid factor is they wrote pending.

On monday morning I did keep the appointment at Saint Joseph Medical center even though I knew they were plotting to enter my home. In order to prevent this from happening I had my neighbor sit in my home while I attended. As suspected it was there only purpose for having me go to the clinic, while waiting for the doctor they send somone from the administration to tell me they wont be giving me the meds because I wont cooperate with them in giving them new blood work.

                        Discussion

If these courts cant keep a criminal trial honest, its only obvious that family and civil cases are less likely to recieve the kind of fairness people deserve. That goes without say the reason why the courts dont allow audio recorders in the court and will never agree to having proceedings video recorded. As you read in my reports, even when their caught breaking the law they cover-up, threaten you with jail and death or taking your child away. If that dont work they try to drain you financially,by increasing the cost of litigation and purposely prolong the case.

Heres how you know a case is being covered up.If you google my case you will see the courts order dismissing the defendants makes no mention what the judges are being sued for, makes no mention of the judge being sued for depriving me my son or the conspiracy I alleged against the hospitals to destroy my liver, or anything about the SSI. All that is mentioned is prscetorial misconduct and inadequate medical care.

AS an update, I am including the link to my Dropbox where I just added the forged indictment and altered blood results, my response to the Social Security Administration's motion to dismiss with the unaltered blood results and the reports from the public utility commission as I mentioned earlier in my reports.

Also, an update to what these co-conspiritors are up to now. On thursday I recieved a call from Saint Joseph Hospital patient advocate supervisor which had me switch doctors from the clinic on the first floor to the second floor. They gave me an appointment for the next day friday at 9:30 am. That morning due to extreme pain from my Rheumatoid I didnt go, later in the afternoon I went there to be seen as a walkin. After I was signed up and waiting to be seen for two hours the head nurse send word to tell me I couldnt be seen. Again I call their supervisor for the patient advocate which had their head nurse call me with nonsense excuses why I couldnt be seen. But Re-schedules me for another appointment on monday at 9:40 in the morning.Apparantley its imperative to them that I be seen by appointment and not as a walkin. I have reason to believe their planning on entering my home while Im at the appointment.My guess is that some other civil Right violating judge gave them a sneak and peak warrant without probable cause, or the FBI is going to enter on their own accord.   

Heres the problem with conspiritors and Civil Right Lawsuits, the conspiritors always have a contingency plan, they dont stop violating your civl rights all the way up to the day of trial. For almost two weeks now without meds and more than a few months without water. In fact as soon as they learned which neighbor was providing me with water they increased their water bill to more than double the amount.
