Stay away from this horrible company. They quoted me a price of $500 to move an automobile, inclusive of a $175 down payment. After two weeks and not even knowing the vehicle was arriving, a very rude, obnoxious, and very uncareful driver shows up and demands a total of $800 more, for a total of $975. When I refused, he tried to load the vehicle back onto the transporter and told me it would be $1000 cash to get it back. I ended up losing $475 and wasting time during work to deal with this situation. This company will promise you one thing by email, confirm it with a sales rep, and then stick it to you with their contract without you even knowing the price went up and your only choice to get your vehicle off the trailer is to pay their inflated price. Worst transporter I have ever dealt with and I've been in the auto business since the 1980s. Be warned.
