After waiting months for the product from Urban Rebounding and not receiving it I had to call my bank to reverse the charges. This company took my order and collected payment but never shipped the product and never answered my requests for shipping information or prood of delivery. It is a dishonest and unethical company that will take your money but will never ship the product purchased.
