Urban Rebounder Damaged product and refused replacement or refund. Said i damaged solid steel hinges with my 72 year old body strength when trying to open it. Van Nuys California

A few months ago I ordered The Urban Rebounder on line. When  I took it out of the box and tried to open it according to the instructions, I found the STEEL HINGES were twisted preventing me from fully opening it. I called Customer service and the said they would get back to me.  I waited and waited and finally emailed them and they told me to send the photos of the damage. They emailed me back saying they received the photos and were evaluating them and would call me in 24 to 48 hours.  I waited 5 days and finally called them and they told me that I damged it trying to open it. I told them i am 72 years old and not Superman and cannot damage solid Steel Hinges. They said they could ship me another at reduced price. I told them what they could do with their replacement in no uncertaint language and hung up. This makes me very mad the way I was treated as if at my age i could bend solid steel hinges! David
