Joined the Army  in 1994 and along with my GI Bill I also got an enlistment incentive for $25,000 from the Army College Fund.  My contract clearly states I was to receive $694 per month for 36 months, along with my GI Bill.  Well I am in college now and the amount they are paying me is half of what my contract states.  I guess soldiers that signed up between 1993 and 2008, and got this special incentive are now screwed and the DOD does not want to pay up.  They messed up the wordage and as of 2011 are not paying anyone.  Sounds like breach of contract and a crappy thing to do.  I served 20 years, deployed 4 times and am now 100% disabled.  Now I am trying to further my education and they want to steal my money.
