Nice try. Your alleged company isn't even listed on the BBB site and advanced fee loans are illegal. There would be no need for a "grant" if they had money to send you to begin with. I think I'll believe the guy that actually went there.

The truth is the person who made this report is 100% telling the truth. I am curentley involved with Usa grants and they are the biggest scammers on earth. I like the original poster must resort to legal action to get my money back do not fall for this scam.

I saw this bad report on Usa Grants on the ripp-off report and was worried about working them. I expressed to them my concerns and they had some valid points. First and foremost if they have the capability of electronically drafting the funds from a consumer's account why pay to have Fed-Ex pick up the check. Further more, their were no complaints reported to the BBB. The BBB requires first that you prove that you are a client of a company before you file a complaint. Then they give the company a chance to validate the complaint.

If the BBB feels that the company has fairly resolved the complaint they will list the company with a complaint but list it has resolved. If Dan Spitz is a real client why hasn't he responded to the BBB and allowed the BBB to resolve the complaint.

Second thing that I want to point out is, that the contract that this company sent to me doesn't state that the cost of their service is for a "grant", it states that it is for the work involved in sucessfully getting a grant, research and letter writing. The contract states this in writing and even states that they can't and will not gaurantee a grant .

Why is this ,you may ask... They are not giving away money , they simply offer to do the work that the average person doesn't have the time to do. I was givien a list of buisinesses located in the same buisiness center as Usa Grants and contacted a couple of them to inquire about the conduct of their staff.

I was told that the Usa Grants office sponsored a toys for tots drive from buisinesses that share their buisiness center. I am responding to this report about Usa grants because on my own accord. I told them before I sent my check to them, if they did the work that they promised that I promised to come back to this report and defend them. They told me that was not necessary but I felt strongly about the negativity that I found on this report. because of this report I almost passed on an opportunity to have a company provide me with a service that I couldn't provide for myself.

TO date they have done everything they said. I would like to respond to the author of this complaint, please consider the damage that you are doing potential grant seekers by making a false complaint. If you are a client with a ligitimate complaint there is no need to exaggerate the circumstance and I am sure the company would like to resolve any issue you have. If you are a disgruntal employee or competing company there are better ways to resolve your differences.
