usbirthcertificates.com Scamming at it's Worst Internet

I used this site to order my son's birth certificate, they initially charged my credit card 74 dollars. I had put it through as a rush. The next day I look at my Credit Card profile online and there was another charge from vital records for 55 dollars. I call vital records and they tell me my information was sent to them and they were processing and mailing my son's birth certificate. I asked them why usbirthcertificate.com would not be doing that, she told me she hears this all the time and that if you go directly to their website you only pay the one time fee of 55 dollars, so my question is what are they receiving 74 dollars for? Well I called and asked, was promptly told NO REFUNDS,  and was hung up on.  I called back several times and was told they did there job by sending over my information to this other company. I could have done that myself and not paid anything. This is a very misleading business and others should stay away. You get charged twice, and the company usbirthcerificate provides  the customer with absolutely nothing.  You can go to vital records and only pay once and enter the exact same info. I did it for my other son just recently and I can not tell you how much easier and better it went. No 74 dollar charge for nothing.
