They Say " After several months of payments for services rendered, Vendetta sought an accounting invoice from RS Studio (regarding work performed, money paid and billing information as none had been provided by the Studio). " 

Here is a little proof that this is incorrect and they knew they owed me. See the Yellow Highlights areas to see that this is not true.

Jr I need dates you have the the contract with distrubution saying you are shooting so you
have projected date With outthem I can not sign nor will I turn over the rights till I am paid in full. my attorney
has already stated that signing an open contract was a big big red flag . By doing that
there is no recourse for me cause if the movie never gets shot then I never get paid .

understand I gave u 9 months of work and gave you a quilty product that made
vendettas film come to life. I supported the company and did what ever the company
needed done.
Did u even read the contract? You should and then send it to 3 business people and ask

Per my attorney the distribution company will give vendetta the funds and vendetta will pay
me. See distribution will not give Jr Funds cause you acting as a contractor so my attorney
advised me to have the contract done as it should be done. See andrew and maria owe
me just as much as you do.. The red flags are company missing the dates of distribution of
funds. The amount and the release of copyright to vendetta..

well I guess back to square one..Just have to figure something else out to resolve this
return to monthly payments suspend all activity until I pay you fully for the amount you're

website for vendetta if not then why was I working with Maria and have all the emails to
show you that where she and I talk about the work and the relationship of vendetta and
the 3 of you and where she told me how grateful she was to have me on her team and
working with the company. I have Andrew paying me and I have the emails from him
saying that he is happy of all the work I did for the company... So you understand all 3 of
you owe me this money not just you Jr....

have to make sure that I am protected. Saying that it is paid on a set milestone with the
film means nothing as if you never get there I am screwed I need a date and at that time if

and I was very nice I though letting you pay me weekly and then with an exit game of
being made solid when the movie started. I am not trying to be a jerk here. then they
basicly said you will suspend all work and relationship with RSSTUDIo meaning I built up
the whole look of vendetta and they are going to tell you to --Our suggestion is if this
becomes an overwhelming issue to suspend all activity regarding using RS Studio's
marketing services until the outstanding balance is paid in full, per the attached contract.
Or until weekly payments have been made, and paid in full.

Jr I kept my promise to vendetta and I did as vendetta asked and did 95% as vendetta
wanted or better then vendetta asked for. I never disappeared on vendetta I was online for
vendetta 100% of the time no matter it was 2am or 2pm I was there to help vendetta. I

Also I know the movie will be filmed and but it could take 2 years and I do not think it is fair
for me to not be paid and if I have to wait 2 years then there are interest. Our agreement
was I will continue to get 140.00 a week payments then when the movie was
bought/funded I would get pay from it to clear balance .. Again never did I say anything

First off I have never hidden my Past and all Parties you mention had full disclouser on my past as any other Jobs I ever held.

 Again I do have a background but, it did not have anything to do with Why you guys did not pay my company the full amount that was owed. Again I am sorry that this happen but, I will not be bullied or blackmailed into being silent.

I am sorry that I was not an upstanding person when I was younger. Yes everything they say here is correct about my background as far as arrests.

Any recent charges all stem from 2007 and older. I have paid for any of my past mistakes. The current Probation is do to money I owed and did not pay off so to satifiy the debt I was placed on probation to make sure the monies are paid. Once all monies are paid I will be released from probation we are expecting that to be the case in next 4-6 months.

I am not under any type of investigation and I run an great company. That works with tons of small business and give them commercial grade work. I have never baited and switched anyone nor have I black mail anyone.. I just did like all major business do. Should you stop paying you bill befor it is paid off I suspended my services as soon as they make payments they will regain control of the accounts. Same as when I do not pay my cell phone bill sprint suspends it. I do not then scream they are blackmailing me.

So if trying to run a business and improve my life makes me a scammer or a con and by treating my clients as friends I guess this makes me a con. I have worked hard for over 7yrs build up my company and my name and never have I ever had a issue like I have here. Look and see ask my clients email them from my company page see the response you get. They will be all positive.

What you need to look at is you have one person that is trying to black mail another with his background and to make me go away. I will not back down I am owed a lot of money and did alot of work.
