As others have written (search "vermont paw" and "vermontpaw"), this seller will take your money, pretend everything is ok, send nice email "updates" and then stop communicating entirely once the 45 day period at PayPal for submitting a claim has lapsed. Also as others have reported, the phone number listed on the site "is not accepting calls." Nice trick.
I hope you lowlifes don't spend the entire $18 dollars on hamburgers or donuts or candy bars or whatever you do for fun besides ripping people off.
P.S. PayPal is now on to you. I am a longtime paypal "power buyer" (not really proud of that!) and had a long talk with their managemetn today. They are now onto what vermontpaw is doing and will shortly cut off vermontpaw's paypal account privileges. Have a great day vermontpaw!

I came home today to find a box with my items ordered from Vermontpaws.com, all in good order. There was no note or other explanation of the delay.
So, Vermontpaws and Adria Sawyer did NOT rip me off. This is a case of really poor communication by a vendor. Really poor, but not a ripoff.
