Vernon Milton Gantt III ,Advance Service, damage to property, no insurance information, not paying for damages Caldwell Idaho

I hired Mr. Vernon Milton Gantt III to move a motorcycle for me from Kent, Washington to Macon, GA.  Mr. Vernon Milton Gantt III picked up this motorcycle on April 4, 2016.  Mr. Vernon Milton Gantt loaded a motorcycle on the front a white FordF550 on a small rack.  He noted that he was insured for cargo and that the bike was safe.  Mr. Vernon Milton Gantt III was within 4 miles of my house when the motorcycle fell off the truck.  It appears when it fell off his truck tat he also ran it over.  There were signficant damages to the motorcycle.  Mr. Vernon Milton Gantt III paid a wrecker service to deliver the bike to my house.  Mr. Vernon Milton Gantt III advised to me that he would provide me with his insurance information when he returned home.  In summary at his now been about 3 to 4 weeks and Mr. Vernon Milton Gantt III avoids my communications and has not provided me with his insurance information.  I would like Mr. Vernon Milton Gantt III to pay for the damages casused to my Motorcycle.
