 Hi We appreciate your feedback. We have been checking our records but we cannot find anyone in Florida who has purchased this type of product from us in the last couple of years. Also nobody with the name Colombati or any variation of that name. Can you please provide us with your invoice number or email address so that we can locate your account and see exactly what would have happened? In a case like this where an order is unsatisfactory, we ask our customers to contact us directly so that we can resolve the issue for them. We do not have any record of you contacting us to express your dissatisfaction with what you received, nor do we have any record of a purchase (unless made with another name in another state). That being said - we are a liquidation company and when you buy shelf pull beauty products, you do need to expect a percentage to be expired or otherwise unusable, unless we explicitly state that all products are 100% new. We make sure to explain to all prospective customers what they should expect when working with liquidations and that goods are not always in perfect condition. However, receiving 4,000 out of 5,000 unusable products is a high percentage, and we certainly would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss and make things right with you. One point of concern is that we do not sell lotions or hair products (very rarely), and we have never carried MAC cosmetics. Based on this, we believe you may have purchased from a different company and may be mistaking it for ours.
