Vipfares.com - One Travel Ripoff DO NOT USE Internet

On 8-14-06 i booked 2 airline tickets on vip fares. I then received an email confirmation that night that it was being submitted. On the the top of the email is said the correct amount that they were charging to my credit card. On the bottom of the email they had added a $63.00 fee so i emailed them and said this was not the fee i had agreed to. They emailed me back confirming i would only be charged the amount i agreed to. I then called to confirm and they said no you will only be charged the amount i agreed to and that they had no idea what the other charge was. Ok fine. I then received ANOTHER email from them confirming the correct price.

Tonight 8-17-06 PM i received a call telling me my flight had not been booked and now the price was almost $250.00 more and wanted to know if i wanted them to book at this rate. I said no and then got online and saw they had sent me 2 emails this afternoon saying i did not have a flight. So i called to ask why it took 3 days to email or call me to let me know i did not have a flight. NOW to book it is almost double the price in 3 days. So to me the first fare was bogus. The lady i spoke to said the original email said to verify with in 12 hours that my flight was booked. I pulled up the email. No where did it say this. I asked her repeatedly why it took 3 days to let me know i didn't have a flight.


So now i am not going as i can not afford the flights. I could have booked another flight via someone else days earlier. The whole thing seems like a scam. VERY low prices, then adding fees then i ask about the fees then they can't book me a flight. CROOKS if you ask me or maybe a scam just to get people credit card info. Someone else told me after that they received a $28.00 fee even though their flight could not be booked. All i can say is they better not bill me the fee.
