about three years ago i was a picker on a floor called L5 i was the only black on the floor and the other womens was white .the frist they did to was going to tell that was backpicking i had not ever heard of that so after that i got wrote then they went and told that was picking wrong however i been there longer before all of them therefore evertime they say something about me i get wrote up. i got so sick from stress my doctor took me off of work do to stress.but after comeing back things got very bad after comeing back from a stress leave but evertime i try to tell my story no one didnt want to here me so i filed a conpliant with walgreen but that didnt do any good .after i did that i was fresh meat i thouht iwas loseing my mine and my soul to the walgreen.i have been take lexpro for stress but after i got out of that department went to jantioal it was stress to .however now i dont work there now but i been fighting to get my uneyoment from 9-7-08 to 02-12-09 i filed it with courts now and please look over my spelling ineed help bad with my cases and no lots of peoples haveing problems with walgreen.the word of god tells us that on weapon farmed against us you walgreen is not doing good

YOU HAVE PROVIDED ME WITH A CASEBOOK EXAMPLE OF THE TERM THAT THE EEOC USES AND THAT IS HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
THEY TRY TO MAKE YOUR JOB AS MUCH HELL AS THEY CAN SO THAT YOU WILL QUITE. THEY THINK UP NEW WAYS THEY CAN GET AT YOU TO HURT YOU AND MAKE FALSE ACCUSATIONS AND DO WHATEVER THINGS THEY CAN MAKE YOU WANT TO QUIIT. THEY DO EVERYTHING BUT USE THE N-WORD AND YOU CAN'T TALK WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY CAN'T AND WONT RELATE TO YOU BECAUSE THEY ARE FROM A DIFFERENT WORLD AND HAVE NOTHING AT ALL IN COMMON WITH YOU --AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO!
THEY MAKE EVERY SECOND THAT YOU ARE ON THE JOB A LIVING HELL. THE IDEA IS THEY MAKE YOU QUIT SO THEY CAN A FRIEND OR RELATIVE IN YIUR JOB AND THEY DON[T HAVE TO PAY YOU UNEMPLOYMENT. WHEN YOU TERMINATE EMPLOYMENT, THEY WILL SAY IT WAS A CONSTRUCTIVE DISCHARGE OR YOU VOLUNTARILY SEPARATED OR TERMINATED EMPLOYMENT.
IT IS LIKE YOU ARE DROWNING IN A SEA OF HOSTILITY!
I AM NOT BLACK BUT I HAVE BEEN THERE AS A NATIVE AMERICAN/HISPANIC PERSON. IT IS NOT FUN AND IT TAKES A WHILE TO GET YOURSELF IMAGE AND CONFIDENCE UP TO GO LOOKING FOR A JOB AGAIN...IT TAKES A WHILE.YOU GET DEPRESSED AND YOU HAVE TO TRY NOT TO HATE
IT IS THE FEELING OF BEING ABSOLUTELY, TOTALLY, ABSOLUTELY ALONE.
EMPLOYERS WHO LET THIS SORT OF BULLSTUFF HAPPEN SHOULD BE SUED FOR MILLIONS!
