Whirlpool Service charged $400 for service that was never done Cincinnati Ohio

I am actually the daughter of the complaintiff. My mother called Whirlpool because her clothing washer was not working properly. They scheduled an appointment for a maintenance person to come out and fix her washing maching, but they never came. They still charged her $400 for service that never happened, and when my mother called to tell them about the matter, they gave her the run-around. The money came out of her bank account. My poor mother had to drag all her clothes, my father's, and my three sons clothes to the laundramat, and as far as I know, she is still having to do so. My mother is very unhappy with their service and how they handled the situation. Can someone please help her. She gave me permission to write this complaint in her behalf.
