Here is the email I wrote them when I complained to them and they refused to refund my money. If this is how you guys treat long term customers then I do not want your services any longer.  On 6/19/13 you drafted my bank account for $366.20.  I called customer service and they said this was because we did not send back our original equipment when we upgraded to Exced. I told ZACK AP1094 that we did not receive the return kit.  Zack looked it up and acknowledged that the kit was never delivered by UPS.

We asked him to refund the charge based on the fact that his own system verifies we did not receive the return kit but he said tha...t was impossible.  All he can do is resend the kit, which takes 3-5days we return the equipment if/when we get the return kit, wait 3-5 more days, then wait for you guys to approve the return before we get refunded the money you unfairly took from us.  We offered to delivery the equipment at a drop off location because we can not afford to wait that long for the refund, ZACK said no.  I do not understand how you can take a customer who has paid for your service for almost two years and be so ungrateful for our business.

Your own system shows you did not get the return kit to us, yet you still charged us anyway.  Don't you think a phone call or a letter would be appropriate before YOU STEAL $366.20 from honest customers?  Is that too much to ask? REALLY, how absurd and arrogant you are.  I want my money refunded, I have your junk obsolete equipment. I want a drop off location and an immediate refund.  If you can not or will not refund this money then I suggest you get ready for some bad press.  I will file a complaint with the BBB, I will dispute the charges with the bank, I will find another service provider, I will file a small claims suit,

I will contact the local fraud investigators with the local media, I will find every blog, scam list and spread the word about this!  Count on it.  Refund my money because you did not get me the return kit PERIOD!  I have your equipment and I will gladly deliver it wherever you have a drop off facility at.  I want a response and some action immediately.  I can't believe that you would do this to someone who lives paycheck to paycheck in a modest rural area.  A customer who has always paid on time, a customer who never received the return kit even by your own records and charge that honest customer $366 with out as much as a phone call or a letter.  I am disgusted with your company and your lack of integrity to do the right thing!
