Mr.  Richard Wise is currently under investigation by the state of Missouri Accountancy Board. He lied to me and told me he was an attorney and would negotiate an agreement with the IRS for a payment plan. He did not negotiate anything with the IRS. He was not an attorney at that time, as his law license had been suspended for non payment of bar fees. Please feel free to verify this by contacting OCDC in Jefferson City, MO. The CPA work that he did, was incomplete and returned to me as incorrect by the Missouri Department of Revenue. I was billed for tax year 2010, however it was never completed or submitted to the DOR or IRS. I complained to the BBB but Mr. Wise gave some clever excuse to them. So now he has changed the name of his company and moved down the street to a nicer office. Please see the previous Ripoff reports for Wise and Scott LLC. This guy owes me several thousand dollars.
