XKR Essex I was Unjustly Fired from XKR Essex Ripoff Long Beach California

I was Unjustly Fired from XKR Essex INC. I stated to work for XKR ESSEX INC in the middle of October of last year. I thought that the company had a good goal and that is to help people start there business. Then the ONLY owner of the corporation who will name Robert. He is short tempered as well as rude.

Every time he got mad he would start yelling as well as cursing out the clients on the phone then when the clients would call back to report his rudeness he would tell us to tell the clients that he was the computer guy. His girlfriend always lies to the clients telling them that there documents have been processed when in reality nothing was done for them. Also he had a lot of false advertising in the company. He stated that we would charge for a Corporation 300.00 for one of the state of Massachusetts. Then I found out that the fee the state charged for filing the Corporation was 500.00 dollars. We would lose money with this clients order. So his girlfriend had me call the client and tell him that the fee for his corporation was higher. The client got mad and started to yell at me so then Robert took the phone and stated to yell at the client and then proceeded to curse the client out.

He would also talk bad about the employees behind there back as well as racial comments about Jewish and African American.

He stated hiring in about Feb. All sorts of people came into interview. Someone stolid his cell phone and all that came out of his mouth was that it was one of the African American had stolen it. Then he started to ask me where my boyfriend worked, how much he would get paid. Once again I let it go because I figured he is an ignorant person.

He would always get into heated arguments with is employee that was also his girlfriend. They would yell at each other he would tell her to leave the house, ect... One day when we were about to move to a new office she was mad because he did not want her to work in the new office. He gave me a paper stating that she had to leave the house in 30 days. She pushed me out of the way and started to yell at him. In there argument my name can up she said that I had a black boyfriend because no one my race would date me because of my weight. He was shocked that she said that and I don't recall an apology but that did offend me but I needed my job so I looked over it.

He always would have negatives against every one and every thing. If I wanted to go to lunch with one of my COWORKERS he would always state that we were conspiring against his business. I think that we have better things to talk about then his business having a grade F in the Better Business Bureau. His girlfriend was always telling us that he would get rally mad if we did not what he wanted when he wanted as well as if we would take our lunches together or hang out.

She would always call me and tell me about the way that he would treat her, that she did not like it (this was everyday) I told her that if she did not like it then she needed to leave him. She also told me recently that during the forth of July weekend he hit her. I was not the only one that she calls. But she called us late at night. We really don't care about her love life.

A coworker of mine stolid a couple of check from the company. They had her name, drivers license on them as well as her signature on the back and her phone number. He called me into his office and told me that that was my signature, and that it looked like I wrote them out to her. I would never take a company check. He told me to go home and that he was going to investigate and that he would call me. I called him a couple of days later and he said that I took the check and that it was my writing. Then he asked me "How did she persuade you to take the checks and write them out to her" I told him that I did not have anything to do with that. Until this day his DEFAMATION against me has depressed me and brought me a lot of stress.

His girlfriend keeps calling and questioning me for telling him all of the times that she would call me to tell me what he would do to her or the arguments that they have.
