Younger H Mattox/ Claims of a false purchase Farmingdale New York

 After purchasing and paying for two WORX Aero Carts, which I enjoy when I use them, however about a month ago I received a letter from RW Direct stating that I had ordered a WORX YARD TRIMMER, which I never did and I was late in payment under the easy-payment plan.  I called and it took until the next day for someone to return my phone call. (suspicious if you ask me) A call from a rude individual that was harassing me on the phone to give her payment.  After repeatedly telling her that I didnt order the yard trimmer and that it had never been delivered because it had never been ordered she continued to insist on payment.  I don't give my credit card info to a live person on the other end of the phone.  I guess my next step is the BBB here in NC.  I will never recommend WORX is this is how they do business.
