I hired Robert C. White and company working with Zach Eddinger to manage a group of properties I own. The company was unable to collect tenant rent on time, provided poor customer service and was unresponsive when I tried to reach them.
They were very responsive in the sales process, but once the deal was made and there was a complaint, they would not answer the phone or return emails. I heard from an inside source that this company actually owns a series of properties and only entered in the property management business to sabatage competing rental unit owners.
What ever you do, stay far away from this company or they will surely try to ruin your business. Dishonest business practices by dishonest people.
