Stay away from any property owned by Shawn (Shonn) Bidner or his mother, Murial Greenberg Bidner. They will steal from you. They demand money (deposits etc) up front and then intimidate and try to evict honest tenants. They lie, pretend not to know when the properties need repair, and try to make tenants pay for the repairs. Shawn is violent, creepy, manipulative and probably mentally ill. His mother and wife ("Jo") enable him. He is stupid but very crafty and persistent, and so petty as to steal firewood. Do not rent from him in Chelsea ("amazing view" of river, "loft-style" apartment are his favourite words). He advertises on Kijiji - Beware.
He has ripped off at least 6 tenants in the past 2 years, as well as plumbers, repair men, mechanics, neighbours, and his first wife.

I guess Holtz spa received the warning (or perhaps a concerned citizen informed them of the wonderful powers of the google search engine). After about a month of advertising some $59 dollar makeover they booted this hairdresser of ill-repute. He was forced to open his own store to fulfil the orders. Its located on rue laval in old hull. This guy was moonshining while working at Rinaldo's and even had the stones to use the name 'Rinaldo' in his sleazy classified ad. They fired him. I'm sure some of the younger female employees breathed a sigh of relief....
Be forewarned and buyer beware.

He became obsessed with a young lady in my employ 30 years his junior (Ms. D). She was quite disturbed by his behavior as would be his wife if she knew. When I found out he was moonlighting and dropping the name of our esteemed establishment to get business I had the perfect opportunity to put him out with the trash. This man is not trustworthy, nor is he of decent character.

My mother was his partner in a salon. It ended very badly. He tried to have me charged for getting her tools after he locked her out.

This person who wrote this Report Rip Off is STEPHANIE ROBINSON, She is in fact a ex-tenant of mine, I might ad the worst of them all!
I had to bring her to court at least 3 times, and after many months the judge found and rendered a judgment of GUILTY and malicious intent on her part.
