I actually work for the state and they called my father claiming to be from "Judicial" complaints and referenced a case# which is too chort to be from the actual court system. They do not answer when I attempt to call them back, but told my father legal action would occur if I didnt call back and verify my address. The actual courts have my current information and absolutely nothing against me legally. No warrants will be issued the feds wont come knocking on my door LMMFAO gotta love that line they try to intimidate with and my registration is current for my TSA clearance so they definitely know where I live and my current contact information. If you are called by the above phone# and told this BS rest easy because its 100% a scam dont call them back and under no circumstances provide them any of your current information. Tell them you need their employee ID number and their direct department and you will call back the number listed that has been verified if you believe them to be telling the truth. You can also contact the courts directly for your county and verify any information they give you. This is a debt collector attempting to intimidate you into paying an imaginary debt DO NOT fall for it.

Caller ID Spoofing
AUTHOR: Rick - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Monday, September 11, 2023
You are mostly correct, but you forgot that caller IDs can be spoofed. That could be the phone number of an innocent victim, and you could get a scam call where the caller ID matches the real phone number of the courthouse (but it’s still a scam). Caller IDs are NOT a method of authentication, no matter what.
