I am super frustrated with the judicial system.  I have received photo radar tickets from Scottsdale courts.   I feel that because I am a single woman and live near the Scottsdale facility- I have been targeted on the service process.   There was a fine that I had to pay 500.00 and the photo radar server in the video showed that the "taped" the ticket on my house.  They are supposed to serve in person of course the judge awarded the decision to the photo radar company.   Just recently same thing happed. I even tried to pay my bill online - the website was broken (I have screen shots to prove) AND the service processor KEPT coming to my door.  Well good luck having a single woman answer the door to a stranger.   I would assume that law enforcement is aware of any civil government of our current world not and would not encourage ANYWAY to answer the door to strangers.

To prove my point that I AM a targed I went to the Scottsdale Gov website and did random names for photo radar tickets to find they were DISMISSED... of course they lived in Chandler, Scottsdale, (N), etc.

That is the unfair unethical practices.. My next step is consulting with an attorney

Maybe You Were Asleep During Your Law School Class

AUTHOR: Irv - (United States)

I love it when people claim to know the law and they don't have the slightest clue as to what they are talking about!!! The process server can use any reliable means and DOES NOT need to do it in person. What good would that do because you very clearly stated you would avoid service by claiming you are too fearful to go to the door! Secondly, since YOU CLEARLY STATED you've received these types of citations MULTIPLE times, perhaps you should take a step back and learn how to drive WITHIN the law instead of coming up with some feeble, immature excuse which so many wrong doers use "they're just picking on me because I'm _________!" Fill in the blank with any descriptor you wish! Yes sir...its always somebody else's fault, right???
