Helped a friend today by taking to his court appearance in Cincinnati Ohio We parked at your lot by 800 Broadway. Paid the $12.00 in cash for 24 hours. Did not receive a receipt. Were in there for about an hour, came back out and had a citation. Another person leaving at the same time. had the same thing going on. They also said they paid but did not receive a receipt.
Appealed the citation.
Received an email asking me to send a CC or bank state with the parking payment on it and they can look into it. If it was cash they could not help me! What was i supposed to do after i paid and didnt get a receipt? Argue with the machine about why it didnt give me a receipt?????
They should have my info in the system but they would rather make the $12.00 and a $33.00 citation! $45.00 to park for an hour! this is a scam. Star Negative Negative Negative
